I have boba carrier birdie for almost 8 years ago (my first child), bought from Indonesia my home country. Then i want to use it again but could not find the strap, infant insert and the hood. I was asking CS for how much should i pay. She gave me a link to make "a purchase" and have those for free, just pay for shipping fee. When they came, the hood was not there. I complained and CS answered it so fast and i was sent the hood without paying shipping fee again. Thank you very much. Terima kasih.
