Boba Replacement Parts

The customer service department at Boba is hands-down the best. They've gone above and beyond, even shipping a replacement carrier to me while I was on vacation in New Zealand once, when a buckle snapped.
We have used these carriers for both kids and they're still in great shape. We wanted to pass them along to a local women's shelter and all we needed was a replacement buckle to make it like new. I'm so glad we were able to get one easily and these carriers can keep making more parents happy!
