This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase
from boba.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is information that identifies you or reasonably can be linked to information that identifies you. This information
is collected from customers, prospective customers and email subscribers.
When you subscribe to our email list, purchase a product through the Site or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain
personal information from you. This includes information such as, your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and
phone number. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both the Device Information and
Order Information.
ORDER INFORMATION
If you make a purchase through the Site, we will not only collect your personal information, but the order information as well.
When we refer to “Order Information,” we are referring to payment information collected (credit card numbers, PayPal emails,
Quadpay information). This information is used only to process your order and is not kept on file.
DEVICE INFORMATION
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web
browser, IP address, geolocation data, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse
the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred
you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information
as “Device Information”.
DATA COLLECTION
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We use cookies when you browse products, add them to an online shopping cart, and/or purchase them. It allows us to keep

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider,
referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) states that the general age of consent to provide personal information is 16,
which means we cannot legally process data of a child who is 15 years old or younger. If you are 15 years old or younger,
we can only process a purchase with permission from the parent or guardian. We respect children’s privacy and we do not knowingly
or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit
any personal information to us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use your personal and order information to provide you with products and services, such as fulfilling your
requests for products and/or setting up fit consultation services. This includes processing any payment
information, arranging for shipping, providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations, tracking codes
and customer service requests. Per your request and when in line with the preferences you have shared with
us, we will provide you with information or advertising relating to products and/or services. We do NOT use
this information to sell or share for profit. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for
potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site
(for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to
assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described

FINANCIAL INCENTIVES
In exchange for subscribing to our email list, we use your Personal Information to offer you promotional codes
for discounts off on product. This information is not sold to any third parties and is kept within the company.
You have the right to opt out and not provide your email for discounts.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal
from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to
ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right,
please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note
that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make
an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally,
please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United
States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information and past purchase
history for our records unless, and until, you submit a privacy request to have that information deleted.
EMPLOYEES/JOB APPLICANTS

shared as described in this Policy. For example, we may collect contact and other information, like your name,
email and physical addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, and other information necessary for
